Several buildings, one account
One account covers your whole organization, with as many delivery locations as you need — every school, office or plant. Your representative sets up each location, and every quote names the location it ships to. If your buildings use different dispenser systems, tell us each one and we’ll quote the refills that fit.
Restocked on a schedule
Set a weekly, every-two-weeks or monthly standing order on any quote request, and we confirm the schedule on your quote. Order by the case, the pallet or the truckload; every quote states the freight basis and estimated lead time.
Protective equipment, as each manufacturer states it
Your safety program decides which glove, eyewear or respirator a task requires. We list each product exactly as its manufacturer states it — thickness and test claims for gloves, the stated standard for eyewear, the NIOSH approval number for respirators — so the decision is easy to apply when you order.
How your account works
- Request an account — we review every request within one business day.
- Your representative prepares written quotes, valid for 30 days.
- Accept quotes in your account; we confirm every order in writing.
- Pay by card, ACH or wire, with Net 30 for approved credit. Our minimum is $500 of merchandise per shipment; smaller orders ship with a $75 delivery fee, in addition to any freight.
For your accounts-payable team: W-9 and certificate of insurance on request.
