Website Terms of Use
The terms for using gtdi.net, including our content and the manufacturers' names, trademarks and images we use to identify the products we sell.

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of gtdi.net (the “Site”), operated by GTDI, a Delaware corporation, registered to do business in California (“GTDI”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site for an organization, you accept them on its behalf.
1. Use of the Site
The Site provides information about GTDI and the products we supply to businesses and organizations. You may use it for lawful business purposes in line with these Terms.
2. Information on the Site
2.1 Product specifications, regulatory information, images and documents come from manufacturers and public records, and we name the source document where we can. Manufacturers can change products, packaging and documents, so the label and instructions on the product you receive govern.
2.2 Guides and other content on the Site are general information, not medical, clinical, legal, safety or regulatory advice.
2.3 We may change or remove content, products and features at any time.
3. Accounts, pricing and purchases
Pricing and the full catalog are available only to approved accounts. Access is by account request and review; there is no automatic registration. Our Customer Account Agreement governs use of the customer portal, and our Terms and Conditions of Sale govern purchases. Product listings and other Site content are not offers to sell; prices and availability are confirmed only in our written quote and order confirmation.
4. Intellectual property
4.1 The Site’s text, design, graphics, illustrations, guides and compilation of information belong to GTDI or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. The GTDI name and logo are trademarks of GTDI.
4.2 Manufacturer names, brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners. We use them to identify and describe the products we sell. Their use on the Site does not mean that any manufacturer sponsors or endorses GTDI.
4.3 You may view, download and print Site content for your organization’s internal purchasing use, keeping all notices intact. Any other use, including copying, modifying, republishing or distributing Site content, needs our written permission. Manufacturer documents remain subject to their owners’ terms.
5. Prohibited uses
You must not:
- use the Site unlawfully or to harm GTDI or anyone else;
- copy, scrape, crawl or extract Site content or data by automated means, except search-engine indexing that follows our robots instructions;
- probe, scan or test the Site’s security, or bypass its access controls, without our written permission;
- interfere with the Site, including by introducing malicious code or overloading it;
- submit false or misleading information, including in an account request or inquiry, or impersonate any person or organization;
- frame or mirror the Site, or use its content to build a competing catalog or database;
- send unsolicited advertising through the Site’s forms; or
- submit patient or other health information.
6. Information you submit
Information you submit through the Site must be accurate and complete. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
7. Links to other websites
The Site links to other websites, such as manufacturers’ product pages and FDA records. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
8. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GTDI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES ABOUT THE SITE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. Warranties for products are governed only by our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GTDI IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE, AND GTDI’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. This Section does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not apply to purchases, which our Terms and Conditions of Sale govern.
10. Governing law and venue
California law governs these Terms, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts in Los Angeles County, California, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the Site or these Terms.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new effective date. Using the Site after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
