Accessibility Statement
Our standard for an accessible site and portal, and how to tell us about a barrier.
Effective: October 5, 2026
GTDI, a Delaware corporation, registered to do business in California, wants everyone to be able to use gtdi.net and our customer portal, including people who use assistive technology.
Our standard
We design, build and test the site and the customer portal to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we do
- Pages use headings, landmarks and labels that assistive technology can read.
- The site and portal are built to work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Text and controls are designed to meet WCAG color-contrast requirements, and no status is shown by color alone.
- Forms explain their fields, summarize errors at the top and link each error to its field.
- Product images have text alternatives.
- Pages reflow for small screens and enlarged text.
- We run automated accessibility checks and keyboard tests when we build or change pages.
Known limitations
Some documents we link to or provide, such as manufacturers’ specification sheets and safety data sheets, are produced by others and may not be fully accessible. We will provide the information in another format on request.
Feedback and help
If you have difficulty using any part of the site or portal, or need information in another format, contact us at sales@gtdi.net or 424-832-6485, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pacific Time. Tell us the page and the problem. We will respond, and while we work on a fix we can take your quote request or send documents by phone or email.
