2. Standing orders. Ask for a weekly, every-two-weeks or monthly schedule on any quote request; we confirm the schedule on your quote and you can reorder from any past quote in one step.
3. Pallet and truckload. Order by the case, the pallet or the truckload. We ship nationwide through our supplier network and carriers — parcel for smaller orders, LTL freight for pallets, and full truckloads.
4. Documentation. Every product page shows the specifications as the manufacturer states them, with the source document named. SDS, 510(k) records and lot certificates of analysis are available on request, where the manufacturer issues them.
5. A named account representative. One person handles your account from the first quote to delivery, confirms every order in writing, tells you before anything changes, and substitutes nothing without your written approval.
