Prices
Prices depend on quantity, delivery location and current supplier cost, and brand owners expect price discipline from the distributors they supply. Pricing is quoted in writing for your account and shown inside it.
How we source
GTDI buys the product it sells on its own written purchase orders, from suppliers who warrant that it is genuine and sourced from the manufacturer or its authorized channel. Public pages describe each product by type and specification. Your written quote names the manufacturer, the brand and the item number before you commit to anything.
How a product reaches you
Every purchase is a written purchase order from GTDI stating the exact product, quantity, price, ship-to address and receiving instructions. We purchase, pay and resell, and we invoice our customers ourselves.
Every supplier warrants that each product is genuine, new and first quality, sourced from the manufacturer or its authorized distribution channel, and is not diverted, relabeled, repackaged, expired or recalled. The warranties run to you as well as to GTDI.
Specification sheets, regulatory identifiers, label photos and test reports are checked against the manufacturer's documents and the regulator's public records before a product is listed.
Manufacturer, brand, item number, the regulatory record number, country of origin, pack-out, price, freight basis, lead time and valid-until date, on every line.
We substitute only with your written approval. A change of manufacturer, item number, material, size, thickness, pack-out or country of origin counts as a substitution.
Brand policy
We do not publish supplier brand names, logos or product photography on our public pages, and we do not publish prices anywhere. Product pages describe each item by type and specification. The brand, the manufacturer and the item number are confirmed on every written quote and shown in the customer portal. Where a brand owner asks us to list its line by name, we do so in the form it approves.
Brand owners write their channel policies around exactly this: no public use of their marks without permission, no published pricing, no exposure to marketplace price matching. We describe a brand relationship publicly only as the brand owner authorizes it in writing. The result for you is a catalog you can compare on the facts, and a quote that tells you precisely what will arrive.
Channel discipline
We sell to the organizations that use the product: hospitals and health systems, skilled nursing and senior care operators, clinics, laboratories, dental and physician practices, and the foodservice, hospitality, education, office and industrial organizations that buy the same supplies. Every account is reviewed before it opens, and pricing is quoted in writing to a named account.
Our terms of sale restrict resale to buyers who hold every licence the law requires and a valid resale certificate, in the manufacturer's original packaging. Pricing quoted for a stated use or location applies only to it, and product bought at that pricing may not be diverted. Export is permitted only in compliance with United States export control and sanctions law. Supplier pricing and terms stay confidential.
What stays off the public pages
Prices depend on quantity, delivery location and current supplier cost, and brand owners expect price discipline from the distributors they supply. Pricing is quoted in writing for your account and shown inside it.
Trademarks belong to their owners and are used publicly only with permission. Product pages carry original, unbranded illustrations and specification tables. The quote and the portal name the brand.
A 510(k) number, a NIOSH TC number or an EPA registration number leads straight to the manufacturer in a public database. Each is printed on your quote, with where to check it, so your team verifies the product before ordering.
Where product comes from
Our purchasing starts with product already held in United States warehouses, from brand owners, importers and master distributors who meet the documentation standard on the Suppliers page. Every supplier provides the same documents for every product, because our customers ask us for them. Each quote states the country of origin and the lead time for its lines.
Send the manufacturer name and catalog number. If we can supply that item, the quote names it. If we offer an alternate, the quote labels it as an alternate, and nothing ships as a substitute without your written approval.
The written quote carries the 510(k) number, NIOSH TC number or EPA registration number for each line. Look it up in the agency's public database. The 510(k) guide walks through the steps.
We describe a brand relationship publicly only as the brand owner authorizes it in writing. Where a brand owner asks us to list its line by name, we do so in the form it approves. Every quote names the manufacturer and brand of the product it covers.
A public page can describe a product type that more than one manufacturer makes. The quote is tied to one product from one manufacturer, with its record number. The quote, and the order confirmation that follows it, are the documents you buy on.
Browse the catalog by specification, then request an account for pricing and the brand and item number on every line.
